Mental Health at Work, written by Clarence Upgraded!

Hey from Clarence Confident! In this document, I will be writing about mental health at work. What does this look like? What does it take to make it at work and be happy and empowered? After all, who really likes to go to work every day? On the flip side many people actually enjoy the jobs that they do. I know this. I enjoy working for myself, and this is a real goal for myself. First, I must maintain an actual job, then I can work for myself.

When I am at work, I must do what I am asked to do, go in even if I do not want to, and of course be on time. These basic things have been very difficult for me. When I am at work, I continue to do what I want to do. 


I really now see that this is not working. I must make sure that I do what I am asked to do for the employer, then I will get the paycheck that I deserve, and I have earned. This realization has come to hit me in the face! I also need to get enough sleep to function in the right manner.

When I am at work, even if it is slow, and there doesn’t seem to be anything to do, at least I am still getting a paycheck. This is the really cool part. If I am getting restless, and there is truly absolutely nothing to do, then I can go to my supervisor and make sure there is indeed nothing to do, and then do whatever they tell me to do. 

This may be undesirable, so make sure you do not take this option. Well, this has completed the document. Thanks for reading, and I hope you and I both learn about something that we need to do! Work smart! Work right! Work easily!
